Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel and get a refund for purchases from Manvendra Pratap Singh (Toolsduniya). Each type of purchase has its own section, because they are delivered differently. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected.

In every case, you get a full refund if:

• you were charged twice, or charged but the order was not created;
• we could not deliver what you paid for; or
• what you received is materially different from its description.

1. Digital products (e-books, playbooks, templates)

• Delivered instantly as a download, so they cannot be "returned". For that reason we do not offer a change-of-mind refund once the file has been downloaded.
• If the file is corrupt, the link does not work and we cannot fix it within 48 hours, or the product is not as described, you get a full refund.
• If you have not downloaded the product yet, you can cancel for a full refund.
• Request within 7 days of purchase.

2. SaaS subscriptions (Toolsduniya Connect)

• The 14-day free trial needs no payment, so you can test before paying.
• Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. Cancelling means simply not renewing; no further charge is ever taken.
• First payment: full refund if requested within 7 days.
• Monthly plans after 7 days: the current month is not refunded; the plan runs until its end date.
• Yearly plans after 7 days: refunded pro-rata for full unused months, calculated at the monthly plan price for the months used.
• If we suspend your workspace for breaking our acceptable use rules, no refund is due for the remaining period.
• Meta's WhatsApp message charges are paid by you to Meta and cannot be refunded by us.

3. Website development

• Full refund of the advance if you cancel before work starts.
• After work starts, the refund is the amount paid minus the milestones completed (for example design, development, launch) as listed in your proposal.
• Third-party costs bought for you with your approval (domain, hosting, paid themes or plugins) are non-refundable by us, but they are transferred to your name.
• If we miss the agreed delivery date by more than 15 days for reasons on our side, you may cancel and get a refund for all unfinished milestones.

4. Digital marketing services (ads, funnels, automation, WhatsApp setup)

• Setup fees are fully refundable if you cancel before work starts; after that, refunds are reduced by the work already delivered.
• Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice. The month already started is not refunded unless we failed to deliver the agreed work for it.
• Results such as leads or sales are not guaranteed (see our Terms), so a refund is based on the agreed deliverables, not on results.
• Ad spend paid to Meta, Google or other platforms goes directly to them and is not refundable by us.

5. Online courses and webinars

• Recorded courses: full refund within 7 days of purchase if access did not work or the content is materially different from the course page. Beyond that, we do not refund a course once its content has been accessed or downloaded.
• Live webinars / cohorts: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start. If we cancel or reschedule, you choose a full refund or a seat in the new date.
• If you miss a live session without cancelling, we share the recording where one is made, instead of a refund.

6. Coaching and consultation

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a session for a full refund or a new slot.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows count as a used session.
• For session packages, unused sessions are refunded pro-rata on request, within the package validity stated at purchase.
• If we cancel a session, you get a new slot or a refund for it.

7. How to request a refund

Email info@toolsduniya.in or WhatsApp +91 79838 71470 with your name, invoice number or transaction ID and the reason. We reply within 2 working days and tell you the decision and amount.

8. How and when refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made through the same payment gateway to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We do not refund in cash or to a different account. Failed or incomplete payments are reversed automatically by the bank or gateway, usually within 5–7 working days.
