Shipping & Delivery Policy

Toolsduniya sells digital products, software subscriptions and marketing services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is sent by courier.

1. Digital products (e-books, playbooks, templates)

• Delivered instantly after successful payment: the download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
• If you do not receive it within 2 hours, check your spam folder or contact us. We deliver manually within 24 hours at the latest.
• Products can be downloaded from anywhere in India or abroad. No physical copy is provided.

2. Software subscription (Toolsduniya Connect WhatsApp marketing platform)

• Your plan is activated immediately after payment on app.toolsduniya.in, and a GST invoice is available in your account.
• Setting up your WhatsApp Business number depends on Meta's verification and may take 1 to 3 working days. We help you through it at no extra cost.

3. Services (ads, funnels, websites, automation)

• Work starts within 2 working days of payment, and is delivered online (shared links, files, account access) on the timeline agreed in your proposal.

4. Online courses, webinars, coaching and consultation

• Recorded course access, live-session joining links and coaching slots are sent by email / WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment, or on the schedule stated in the offer.
• All sessions are online (video call or webinar platform). The access period for recordings is stated in the offer.

5. Delivery problems

If something does not arrive or does not work, email or WhatsApp us with your name and payment/transaction ID. We reply within one working day. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
