What you pay Meta (separately)
  • Meta charges per template message, by category (marketing, utility, authentication), at its India rate card. You add a payment method in your own WhatsApp Business account, and Meta bills you directly. We add 0% markup.
  • Messages customers send you are free. Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window: the first 1,000 each month per number are free, then Meta charges (from 1 October 2026).

Is this the official WhatsApp API?

Yes. Toolsduniya Connect sends and receives messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Your number is registered in your own WhatsApp Business account in your Meta Business portfolio.

Toolsduniya Connect is independent software by Toolsduniya and is not owned by or affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp.

Can I use my existing number?

Yes, if it is not currently active on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. If it is, delete that WhatsApp account first (chat history on the phone will not move to the platform). Many businesses use a new number for the API and keep their personal one separate.

What will I pay in total?

Your plan fee (from ₹999/month + 18% GST) plus Meta's per-message charges, which Meta bills to your own payment method. We don't add any markup to Meta's charges. Exact amounts are on Meta's rate card, and the app shows an estimate of your usage every month.

Is there a free trial? Do I need a card?

Yes, 14 days with all Growth-plan features, no card needed. After the trial, choose a plan to keep sending. Incoming messages keep arriving even if you don't.

Does my plan renew automatically? Can I cancel?

No auto-renewal and no card saved. Plans are prepaid for a month or a year; you renew from Billing when you want. To cancel, simply don't renew. The first payment is refundable within 7 days; see the refund policy.

How long does setup take?

Connecting a number usually takes 15–30 minutes. Meta then reviews your display name and templates; templates are usually reviewed within minutes to a few hours, sometimes up to a day.

Will I get the green tick?

The green tick (Official Business Account) is granted only by Meta, based on your brand's public presence. We can guide your application but no one can guarantee it. You can run campaigns without it.

How many messages can I send per day?

Meta sets messaging limits. New, unverified businesses can usually message up to 250 unique customers in 24 hours. After Meta Business verification and good quality ratings, limits increase in steps. We help you with verification.

Can I upload my contact list?

Yes, by CSV (Excel or Google Sheets export), as long as these people agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from you. Bought, rented or scraped lists are not allowed; they get numbers blocked by Meta.

Does it work with Pabbly, Zapier, my website or CRM?

Yes. Use the Campaign API (works with Pabbly Connect and Zapier), the OTP API for website logins, and outgoing webhooks to send replies and events to your CRM or Google Sheets.

Can I move from another WhatsApp provider?

Yes. Remove the number from your old provider, connect it here, import your contacts by CSV and recreate your templates. We help you plan the switch so there is little downtime.

Is my data safe?

The platform runs on our server in India over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and WhatsApp access tokens are encrypted. Each workspace's data is kept separate. Read our privacy policy.

Do you give GST invoices?

Yes. Every payment gets a GST invoice in the Billing page. Add your GSTIN in billing details to claim input tax credit.
